Brent Nordstrom

Brent Nordstrom is a licensed Realtor and licensed Appraiser.  This dual licensing provides Brent with valuable insight in today’s marketplace, whether evaluating a property to buy or sell, representing a homeowner in the rental field, or dealing with REO homes when working with banks.  Having over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Brent joined Acuity Group in the summer of 2011 with a solid background.

Brent’s passion for real state stems from his years of doing property management, buying and selling investment properties, and working as an appraiser.  His client base includes both buyers and sellers who are looking for a consultative approach to real estate.  His tenure in appraising has taught him to be a strategic thinker; one known for creative and profitable approaches to marketing and negotiating. 

Brent earned his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in Communications and Marketing. After getting involved in property management on a personal level, he continued his education in Real Estate by becoming a licensed appraiser in 2004, a licensed agent in 2005, and completed his REO and Short Sale Certification through the Harris Real Estate University (HREU), as well as their further training for REO VIP. 

Brent resides in the western suburbs with his wife and two children.
