Beth Merwin

Beth Merwin began her real estate career in 1987 while waiting to be accepted into nursing school.  She was fortunate to be introduced to custom home sales immediately and a new passion was found- nursing school never did come to fruition!

Beth has spent the majority of her 27 year career focusing on representing custom home builders.   Her clients have included Christian Builders, New Creations Homes, Northland Builders & Real Estate and Cottage Homesteads of America.  She has also worked in the relocation market as the Destination Services Manager for Proctor & Gamble.

For the past 10 years Beth has partnered with Cottage Homesteads of America marketing townhome communities created for adults 55+.  She also developed an adult community on Lake Andrusia in northern Minnesota in 2007.

In 2008 Beth and her partner, Jeff Smith, purchased Marv’s Minnows & GunShop in Zimmerman.  Their hobbies are fishing, fishing & fishing!
