We put our house on the market when learning we were being transferred from Minnesota to Washington State. We interviewed three realtors and chose Stephanie because of her outstanding sales record and professionalism.

What we didn't know is that we would encounter a very unique and devastating situation and that Stephanie would be instrumental in helping us through it. Stephanie sold our house and twenty-four hours before we closed on it, it was struck by lightning and was severely damaged by fire. We had already moved to Washington, so we were not there at the time. We called Stephanie, and that night (at midnight) she went to the scene of the fire and helped secure the house after the fire was put out. We then had the big task of meeting with the insurance company and rebuilding the house. Many realtors would have told us to contact them when we were finished with the process. Not Stephanie. From meeting with the insurance company with us to picking out new carpet, flooring and countertops to doing walk throughs and meeting with inspectors, she was involved. After the house was rebuilt, she aggressively marketed our house (for the second time) in a declining market and sold it. She invested almost two years into the sale and rebuild of our house.
